I am an absolute sucker for Cheese-its. I just love those little cheese crackers. They are one of my favorite snacks, but I am working really hard to be more mindful of what I eat. One way I am doing this is by cutting out my carbohydrate consumption.
So I am not eating things like pasta, ice cream, potatoes, and crackers.. However, sometimes when I crave for a mid-day crunch, these keto cheese crackers are my low-carb savior. They’re not only delicious but also low in calories and perfect for maintaining weight. Just track your daily calorie intake to figure out your needs and how much you should eat. And the best part is? These crackers are ridiculously easy to make.
Keto Cheese Crackers
All you need to make these deliciously crunchy and cheesy crackers are some Sargento Ultra Thin Cheese, Everything But The Bagle Seasoning, and parchment paper.
Now, the cheese is important. You must have the ultra-thin for this to work. Trust me, I tried with thicker, cheaper sliced cheeses and it never worked out. So make sure you do yourself a favor and just get the Sargento Ultra Thin cheese slices.
The bagel seasoning is optional, but it is SO good! Full disclosure though, I could put this seasoning on anything and be happy!

Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then sprinkle some of the bagel seasonings as desired.
Bake your cheese slices for 10-15 minutes, until nice and crispy!
