No matter if you are an expert baker or someone who tends to cringe at the idea of tossing something in the oven, this is one so simple that anyone can make it and look like an expert at the culinary arts.
No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna
So, are you ready to dig your teeth into this just sweet enough dessert? If you want to recreate this for yourself, then run to your local grocery store and scoop up a few simple ingredients and you will be halfway to making a crowd-pleasing no-bake strawberry cheesecake lasagna.
When I made the dessert, I picked up some Fresh From Florida Strawberries as the star of the show. As the daughter of a former Florida farmer, it is always important to me to buy fresh local produce whenever I can. Along with my strawberries, I picked up a container of Cool Whip, a package of Graham Crackers, one package of cheesecake flavored pudding, a block of cream cheese, and some sweetened condensed milk.
Get To Not Baking
Since this is a no-bake strawberry cheesecake lasagna, I promise it will prove to be super simple. So now that you have all of your ingredients together it is time to get to the not baking. First, you want to wash and cut up your strawberries. Set them to the side.
Layer the graham crackers along the bottom of a pan of your choice. I used a medium-sized Pyrex pan but you can use whatever size you want to depend on how many people you want to be able to feed.
Then mix together the cool whip, a packet of pudding mix, softened cream cheese, and about 2-3 TBSP of the sweetened condensed milk.
Then you take about half of the cream cheese mixture and cover the bottom layer of crackers. The mixture is a little thick, so if you want to make it a bit easier to work with, feel free to mix in about 1 tsp of regular cold milk at a time until it is at the consistency that you want. Cover the cream cheese with fresh strawberries, and repeat!
This will make 2 layers of cheesecake lasagna. Once you have your strawberry lasagna all put together, cover with foil or a lid if your pan has one, and place it in the refrigerator to chill for about 2 hours.
And voila! You are done! You have now created a super simple and delicious no-bake strawberry cheesecake lasagna and can brag to all of your friends about your expert culinary skills! I promise once they taste a bite, they will be begging you to share the recipe with them!
