Creamy and delicious, this one-pot spinach ravioli is a week-night dinner that the whole family will be asking for again and again.
I love carbs. My kids love carbs… the whole family just loves carbs. My husband is from a large Italian family too, so pasta is sacred here in this home.
As much as I love trying new pasta dishes. I don’t always have time to try out new things. Also, I hate using 172 pots and pans just to make dinner. One-pot dinners are my favorite, and this one-pot spinach ravioli is not only easy it is delicious!
Spinach Ravioli Ingredients
First, ignore the sour cream in that photo above. Not sure how that snuck in there but it is NOT a part of this recipe. I mean, it probably could be and it would be great but just know that I did not use it.

How to Make One Pot Spinach Ravioli
This may look like a fancy pasta dish, but I promise it is as simple as can be!
As always, go with your gut when it comes to measurements. I eyeball everything. A splash here, pour extra in there…. This is why baking isn’t my strong suit.
Cooking is more feeling than science for me. Whereas baking and most desserts are scientific with their exact measurements. So you have been warned, any time you see a measurement here, it is a general approximation!
